Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Effective for all purchases made on or after 2026.02.01

Gift cards are redeemable exclusively for regular-priced spa services and eligible retail products at Chillax Spa.
Gift cards must be presented at the time of check-in or payment.
Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, credits, or refunds, except where required by law.

Purchased Value: The original amount paid for this gift card does not expire and is not subject to any fees.
Promotional Bonus Value: Any bonus, promotional, or complimentary value added to the card is provided as a marketing courtesy. Promotional Bonus Value expires twelve (12) months from the date of issuance (or as specified at purchase) and will be forfeited if unused.
Order of Consumption: For all redemptions, the original purchased value will be deducted and exhausted first, followed by the promotional bonus value.

Gift cards and promotional bonus value cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, seasonal promotions, holiday specials, package deals, or vouchers (including but not limited to “Buy One, Get One” / BOGO offers and final sale items) unless explicitly authorized in writing by Chillax Spa.
Promotions and discounts cannot be stacked.

Chillax Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards or any unauthorized card use. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, reissued, or refunded. Title and risk of loss pass to the purchaser upon delivery.

All appointments booked using a gift card are subject to Chillax Spa’s standard 24-hour cancellation policy.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) or no-shows will result in a cancellation fee deducted directly from the gift card balance, up to the full value of the scheduled service, in accordance with spa policy.

Chillax Spa reserves the right to modify, amend, or change these terms and conditions, as well as spa pricing and services, at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website or at our front desk and will become effective immediately upon posting.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
