I did go with explanation to help my scalp clean up the buildup that was there but $40 was a little bit more expensive on top of what I had to pay at the end they gave us tea and some treats and they even gave my sister a birthday present, which I thought it was very thoughtful. She made sure I was comfortable the entire process and assured me that at any point if I felt any discomfort at all I can let her know without hesitation. She provided suggestions for upgrades (such as using special essential oils, adding additional time for extra targeted areas of massage) so that I was informed of my choices but was never pushy at all.
